Muay Thai Kickboxing
Also known as “Thai Boxing” and “The Art of Eight Limbs”, Muay Thai is a stand up striking combat sport which originates from Thailand. Muay Thai combines the use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, and various clinch techniques to make it one of the most efficient ways of self-defense.
Yoga is a physical activity that consists of connected flowing sequences and postures that are accompanied by breathing exercises and can include meditation and relaxation exercises.

Yoga for Flexibility and Mobility: This will be a flow class to relieve tension, stretch the muscles, and improve mobility throughout the body. All levels welcome- this will be a beginner to intermediate level class that offers modifications depending on your experience level.
Yoga for Self-Care: (Online class only) Centered around the theme of self-care, this class is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system. We will incorporate yin yoga and restorative postures. Comfortable clothes are encouraged and as a suggestion, you can light some candles, incense or incorporate essential oils (anything to make your practice space your own). this class is appropriate for all experience levels.
Yoga for Mindfulness: This will be a gentle class centered around the theme of mindfulness. We will incorporate breath work and movement to calm the mind, focus intention and find centering on and off the mat. This class is appropriate for all experience levels.
